Consequence continues to flex his lyrical skills for the freestyle "Where Hip Hop Lives” freestyle series launched by Hot 97’s DJ Enuff and Power 106’s J Cruz. For the fifth installment, Cons freestyles over the J Dilla-produced Pharcyde classic "Drop."

"And one white lie/Turned into lots of them/And WiFi is the New Oxygen," the Queens, N.Y. native raps, never missing a beat.

He previously dropped 52 bars over MC Lyte’s classic “Paper Thin” for "Where Hip Hop Lives" Freestyle No. 4. At the end of the record, Consequence hints that he's dropping an album sometime soon.

Previously, Cons added a verse to Alex Wiley’s popular track “Spaceship II,” which was originally released in 2013, and featured Chance the RapperGLC and Chuck Inglish. He also teamed up with Royce 5’9″ for a track titled “All Black Neighborhood.”

You can see Consequence performing with A Tribe Called Quest in the United Kingdom this weekend at Bestival.
