Earlier this year, Maroon 5 linked up with Future for "Cold," a song that originally dropped last February. Today (May 4), Gucci Mane jumps on the single for the remix.

"I really love you girl but I don't need the energy/You broke my heart, girl and I can't find the remedy/Now me and you can't even be in the same vicinity/Your friends interferin', they should throw a penalty/And you can't see it but them bitches full of jealousy/You played yourself, you had the baller of the century," he raps.

The history between hip-hop and Maroon 5 runs deep. Last year, the pop band linked with Kendrick Lamar for "Don't Wanna Know," Big Sean for "Maps," J. Cole for "Animals" and Big Boi for the remix plus Nicki Minaj for "Sugar" and Wiz Khalifa for "Payphone."

For La Flare, he also lent a verse for the remix to Bruno Mars' “That’s What I Like.” Previously he's been featured on three new releases. Zaytoven released “East Atlanta Day” featuring 21 Savage and Gucci, Guwop himself released a new loosie titled “Coachella” and the ATL boss was featured in the video for Rick Ross’ “She on My D!*k.
