The other week, we told you about the insanely talented OMB Peezy, a Mobile, Ala. rapper that relocated to Sacramento and got signed by E-40 after catching a buzz off a handful of songs, notably "Lay Down" and "When I Was Down."

Now, the 20-year-old MC is getting ready to drop his debut mixtape Loyalty Over Love, and today he drops off the title track (sampling Marvin Gaye's classic "I Want You"), complete with a video directed by Keith Welch Jr., the same guy who did videos for the Peezy tracks mentioned above. Watch the new visual below.

Architekz and M.A. Da Pilot produced the beat, and Architekz will be featured heavily on the production for the new tape, along with Bay Area producer DTB.

We spoke to Peezy, 40 and Nef The Pharaoh, another Sick Wid It artist, at XXL headquarters a little while ago, and they talked about holing up in the studio for over 24 consecutive hours and recording Loyalty Over Love as well as an upcoming collaborative project between Nef and Peezy, 600 Degreez.
