Oddisee is back with new music. He releases "Things," the lead single off his new upcoming album The Iceberg. On the record, Oddisee pleas for society to find common ground, while also providing excellent tunes to dance to.

"Things, on my mind when I wake up/Things, all my time try to take up/If I could save up money like worry I'd be a rich man but the sorrow would plague much/I have made up the fiction/That I'm the center of a system/Causing the day's rust/Center stage in a monologue play of/Me & the audience all in my make up," he raps. The new single acts as a mission statement for the album.

"We all go through the trials and tribulations of life," he told NPR. "Why is it we feel the need to individualize our shared experiences? If only we could see our concerns as others do, maybe they wouldn't be so serious."

The Iceberg is a 12-track LP that will tackle money, sex, politics, race and religion plus focus on how we see ourselves and how others see us. The album drops on Feb 24 via Mello Music Group. Check out the tracklist for The Iceberg and Oddisee's upcoming tour below.
