To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Late Knight Special, Kirk Knight blesses fans with a short but sick new record titled "10,000." "Recorded in a airbnb just a few hours ago," Knight tweeted late last night with the Soundcloud link to the new record. Over a sample of Drake's "Cece's Special," Kirk raps about his long road to where he's out now and where he wants to go.

"Fuck all that other shit, gotta get my grammar up/Any mistake I make will only build my character/And all that fake shit that people spread can hur barometer/But it's so contagious it's messing with me, not a janitor," he raps.

There's not hook, just bars and passion. "10,000" is way to short. Bump it above.

Late Knight Special was an fantastic debut for the Pro Era spitta. It featured Gypsy, Jenkins and Bada$$, as well as Los Angeles funk savant Thundercat and TheMind. His most recent project was Dust 2013 album, which he dropped in May.
