Curren$y has been previewing new music through his web series Raps N Lowriders, and popped the trunk on some of those tracks Wednesday (Aug. 24) with the release of his EP Revolver, produced by Sledgren. The six track project is available to download below courtesy of DatPiff, and was originally released as a mini film back in late March. It is Spitta's first release since dropping Stoned on Ocean in late July, an EP he says was recorded in just a single night.

In typical Spitta fashion, the new EP is full of drive slow anthems, Sledgren providing the backdrop for Curren$y's slick car talk. On "NFAC" he raps "Day by day we realize / Crime pays more than 99 ways / 100 proof anything I say / 100 coupes, we come through, you make way," on the hook. Listen to or download the EP below.

As on of hip-hop's busiest MC's, Curren$y has as well been releasing videos in previous weeks for such songs as "Incarcerated Scarfaces" and "Dope Boys" with Rick Ross. In the aforementioned Raps N Lowriders, the New Orleans rapper gives fans an inside look at his own love of cars and the role he plays in the local low rider culture. From the body shop to the parking lot, Curren$y pushes dope whips and mingles with like-minded enthusiasts.

The releases, whether they be music videos, projects or documentary style insights will likely continue for the prolific rapper, with plenty of smooth sailing anthems ahead.
