The freestyle that Desiigner spit for our 2016 Freshman rollout may have been brief (just 45 seconds long) but it sure is making an impact. The Fairly Odd Parents referencing clip that uses main character Timmy Turner as it's primary lyrical inspiration is being turned into an official track, a video of Desiigner and Mike Dean sparking up coming to light this week, the recorded record playing in the background.

But eager fans don't necesarily have to wait to listen to what many are dubbing "Timmy Tuner" as Pro Era member Kirk Knight has released a remix of the freestyle, calling it "Just practice" on SoundCloud. On Twitter, Kirk gives a bit more reference to the rework, writing, "Lol had no time for a artwork, idk what made me do this today," on Wednesday night (June 29).

For Desiigner, "Timmy Tuner" represents the answer to the larger question looming over his career of what's next for the Brooklyn rapper after "Panda." He released his first official project New English just last weekend (June 26), though the excitement for this unreleased track is thus far overshadowing it.

Kirk Knight meanwhile dropped his Dust 2013 album in May, writing on Twitter, “Unreleased work that I felt had to come to light. I want everybody to Spread it like wildfire.” Listen to is interpretation of Desiigner's XXL freestyle above with the official "Timmy Turner" recording likely out in the coming weeks.
