Kembe X is going to keep your attention. A few weeks after rumors circulated of him signing to Top Dawg Entertainment, Kembe returns with a new track called "Boomin." The J-Louis produced song features a beat that lives up to its title. The hard-knocking instrumental sets the stage for the Chicago rapper's intense bars.

"You can hang from a noose since you want to be a nuisance/There's only one hole loop and you hoes don't hoop/So I do not give a fuck about your two cents/Getting smoked and you can't have deuces/Coming up shorties, never understood how my momma paid a mortgage and still live good/10 years old, five foot, 140/10 years later been abroad in some more shit/Then my life is silenced cause life gorgeous/So I just watch and I sniff and I list/And I'm working my wrist cause I'm whipping my bitches/Turn on Worldstar and start whipping your children, shit/ Smoking the dope out the bong with my dog so fucking focused/I turn 21 in a week and I dump in a broad and some more shit/Flew across the country just to get it how I want it, I admit it took a minute/Missed home but I did and I guess I rep every city/My niggas back home all know what it is and these other niggas clueless/New crib but the same old shit, blow dope, grow this music," Kembe X raps.

Kembe X signing to TDE might not have been true, but Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith did say that the Windy City rapper is a friend of the family. Don't be surprised if Kembe shows up on some TDE records in the future.
