Divine Council, the four-man music collective that's based in Richmond, dropped some new funky visuals for one of their new songs. In the music video for Lord Linco's "Rolie Polie Olie," the crew take a stroll around the neighborhood and smok on something loud. The color treatment of the video is what makes the visuals standout.
