After teasing his short film Genesis, The-Dream has dropped off a 10 song accompaniment to the 42-minute clip bearing the same name. The previously unreleased tracks serve as the soundtrack for the film, which can be watched exclusively over at Tidal. The EP is the first new music from The-Dream since his Crown EP dropped in April of 2015. The lone feature on the project is a guest verse from Wiz Khalifa on "Virtuous."

The joint project is reminiscent of Kanye West's Runaway film, which used the tracks off his fifth studio album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy as a soundtrack, giving them extended context. The-Dream has been playing point guard as of late, assisting to Pusha T and Rick Ross on both of their recent album releases. As for his own upcoming album, Crown Jewel, details remain scarce, with The-Dream separating from his label, Capitol Records, in July of 2015.

Stream Genesis below, and Tidal subscribers can watch the short film here.
