Bia, who is signed to Pharrell's I Am Other imprint, is getting ready for the release of a new solo project called Knock on Wood. As Bia preps for the project's release, she decided to put her spin on O.T. Genasis track "Cut It." Bia renames her rendition of the song "Way 2 High (Cut It)" and removes Young Dolph from the song. She does maintain O.T. Genasis' verse, so you could probably classify this one as an unofficial remix.

The Boston native has shot up the ranks of the industry thanks to her opportunity to work with Pharrell. After being introduced to the acclaimed artist through her manager, Bia quickly started working with Pharrell and signed to his I Am Other imprint. Bia told XXL about what it's been like to work with a talent like Pharrell in a past interview.

"It’s going great, Bia said. "It’s a blessing. I can’t even put it into words how crazy it is. [Pharrell's] just like a walking book. Like just being around him, you learn so many things. Especially, just having him as a mentor. He just sheds so much light on me."

Bia's exposure to the world has also increased due to her role in the Oxygen reality show Sisterhood of Hip-Hop. She told XXL about the reason she decided to join the cast.

"Mainly, of course, I want tons of fans," Bia said. "But aside from that, I would love to just inspire people. Like you said, in Boston, there’s no hip-hop scene at all. I come from a place where everybody was looking at me like I was crazy when I said I was going to rap. And then it ended up working out for me. I just want to show people—stick to your guns. Stick to what you gotta do and it can happen."
