Pusha T dropped the lyrics for "M.F.T.R." late yesterday and as expected came through with the audio for the track on Beats 1 this afternoon. Premiered on Zane Lowe's show as the day's "World Record," Push raps circles around the competition over the Boi-1da production. Full of dope boy bars and potential subliminal shots, "M.F.T.R." joins "Untouchable" as another strong offering from the rapper's Darkest Before Dawn project that is due out next week. The-Dream's threatening chorus serves a perfect complement to Pusha's aggressive tone. Peep the song below.

After the song premiered, Pusha gave Zane Lowe a few minutes and broke down the inspiration for the song and announced a new release date for King Push. "More Famous Than Rich was just how I was feeling in regards to the music industry and the world today," explained Pusha. "I feel like a lot people are in positions where they act a way that their lifestyle is so grandiose and it always comes full circle that people understand that it's not that. Even on social media, you have these people that you think are living these super wild lives and it be like, Instafake. And people are really way more famous than rich. That's something I've never been in the music game for. The music game has been about being able to provide for my people and provide opportunities for my people, it's about flourishing. I just had to speak on it."

He also revealed that Darkest Before Dawn will have a song called "Fifa" produced by Q-Tip and a track called "Money, Pussy, Alcohol" produced by Kanye and J. Cole and featuring 'Ye and A$AP Rocky. Finally, he announced that King Push is scheduled to drop in April 2016. Listen to the full interview here.
