HXLT wants to be a star. The Chicago rapper earned many people's attention this year when he inked a deal with G.O.O.D. Music. HXLT, also known as Hollywood Holt, didn't come out a make some big splash after his was announced. Instead, HXLT has been busy crafting something special for his debut work. The Chicago native has lofty goals and he lets them be known on his new song "Guitar."

During the chorus of "Guitar," HXLT proclaims that he wants to "write all the songs make me rich/Use it to save the kids." The music video sees scenes of HXLT rocking out with a band paired up with shots of the rapper by himself in a hallway.

"Guitar" is produced by Manos, the man behind The Weeknd's smash hit "The Hills." HXLT and Manos have some history together as part of the Treated Crew, so the Chicago rapper got some help from an old friend who just happened to be a hit maker. And with the aspirations he expresses on this single, HXLT clearly went to the right person.
