Consequence Takes His Son Toy Shopping in “That Dude” Video

Consequence's 4-year-old son Caiden thinks his dad is "that dude" and could it because he put the tyke all over his latest single? In the video for "That Dude," father and son hit the toy store for a shopping spree that includes roller skates and action figures. Cons's love for his boy is apparent in the video and his raps, as he spits, "I might write a check that cost me my whole savings/Just to make sure my little boy become famous."

In the hook Cons says, "Boy, I love you so much I might get a tattoo," and follows up the claim by actually doing it. The latter half of the video shows the Chicago rapper getting a tat of the boy on his shoulder. At just over 2 minutes, the clip is brief, but full of father-son bonding, the type of quality time that's meant to be had during the holidays.
