Listen to Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole Remix Each Other’s Songs

If you went Black Friday shopping and returned without having to shoot the five, and without getting arrested, God bless you. While the masses were out risking life and limb shopping for deals, J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar were in the studio putting in work, over each others' track, none the less. In this exchange, dubbed Black Friday, Cole tackles K Dot's "Alright" while the TDE rapper spits over the Dreamville MC's "Tale of 2 Cities." Trust us, it's way better than almost getting stomped out just to get a deal you could have gotten on the Internet anyway, with both rappers spitting fire.

While a Cole and Kendrick album has been hinted at wished for, for a while now, Jermaine seems put the lid on those thoughts rapping, "'When you and K.Dot's shit drop?' Bitch never/They can't handle two black niggas this clever." Or does he? Cole follows that up by hinting at something special dropping in February. So maybe, just maybe.
