Sounds like Raekwon is a Dej Loaf fan. At the end of his take on "Try Me," the Shaolin veteran commends the young Detroit rapper for "holding the fort down." Rae also leaves the upstart's hook at the beginning of the song, before lacing it with his "commando rap." He bends his flow to catch the lazy cadences Loaf employed on the beat; he is also sure to shout his beloved Chinese.

Despite the reported tumult between Raekwon and RZA, it's been a banner year for the Chef. His We Wanna Thank You mixtape, a collection of verses over classic R&B and soul songs, is one of the year's best full-lengths. As for Dej Loaf, she was recently featured on a song with Eminem, Danny Brown, and Big Sean, and made her national television debut.

The Wu-Tang Clan's A Better Tomorrow drops Dec. 2.
