Bas' Last Winter release should've been a good enough warning about not to sleeping on J. Cole's Dreasville label. Folks still do, so the up-and-comers still gotta hustle for their props. Cozz is the latest to step up from the clique in "Wait's Over."

Melancholy keys float in the background as Cozz's wily energy juxtaposes it for a worthwhile set of bars. "Nigga said he better than me then he probably dumb/ And I ain't never did E, but it's probably fun," he says in a series of non-sequiturs and taunts.

Despite the title, the wait continues for Cozz N Effect.
