2 Chainz is focusing his time and energy on his new label, The Real University (T.R.U.), and released the visual for "Keep It 100" a posse cut from the crew's mixtape, T.R.U. Jack City. The no frills video directed by Orbit Did It and Vick features 2 Chainz, Skooly, Short Dawg, Cap 1 and Kaleb getting individual shine for their respective verses. With the artist formerly known as Tity Boi on the hook, each member of T.R.U. flashes their style and flow over production from DJ Squeeky.

The crew recently sat down with XXL and 2 Chainz gave insight as to why he felt it was necessary to introduce the clique. "I just think it's that time, man," said Chainz. "You know, I've focused on myself primarily the first two years of my career, which started Feb. 20, 2012. I made a little segue and dropped a couple of albums. Now it's time to branch some more guys up. These guys have ambition, style points, skill-set, youth and charisma. You know, they have the whole thing. So, man, it's just about me being a part of the game, learning the game, taking a little bit here and there and coming up with my own little formula of what I think it takes to have longevity in the rap game."

Outside of music, 2 Chainz recently dropped a capsule collection with the clothing brand PRPS.
