Playboi Carti just got a cosign from G.O.O.D. Music in a big way. While last night's (Sept. 7) G.O.O.D. Music pop up show at New York's Highline Ballroom was somewhat of a coming out party for the label's newest signees Tyga and Migos, Cash Carti also got a nice portion of the spotlight. The A$AP affiliate performed his breakout song "What" for the eager crowd and the entire place loved it.

This coveted cosign comes just in time as Carti announced earlier this month, that his debut mixtape was on the way. So far in his Carti has worked with Rich The Kid, Maxo Kream, Joey Fatts and A$AP Nast on their songs, so feel free to place bets about who will return the favor and be featured his first tape.

Pretty much everybody in the G.O.O.D. Music family was in attendance for the pop up show following Kanye's Yeezy Season 4 fashion show. Pusha T, who was named president of G.O.O.D. back in November of 2015, brought out Pharrell, the two performing the classic “Mr. Me Too” off Clipse’s 2006 album Hell Hath No Fury. West himself performed a few TLOP cuts like as “Father Stretch My Hands Pt 2″ (with Desiigner spazzing out to his part of course) and “Famous.”

Could young Carti be the next G.O.O.D. Music signee? Who knows. But for now, he has no problem riding the wave. Check out fan-caught footage on 'Ye dancing and vibing out to Carti's biggest song below.
