Philthy Rich Enlists Kevin Gates and More on "Piss Codeine"

Philthy Rich called in some big names for the remix of his single "Piss Codeine." The Oakland rapper recruited Kevin Gates, Young Dolph and Icewear Vezzo to join him for this star-studded version of the Zaytoven produced track. As you likely surmised from the song title, this track is all about the love of that purple stuff.

All four of the rappers drop some entertaining verses over the Zaytoven instrumental. Young Dolph's charisma certainly helps him stand out from the pack as he delivers some funny lines on the record.

"All my cars straight out the showroom/Boy you only a real nigga on ProTool/I spent your advance on weed and codeine/You ever seen a multimillion dollar dope fiend/Count a million cash, fell asleep on 800/The king of Memphis, that's my city and I run it/He banging blue, he banging red, I'm drinking purple/I'm thumbing through these green checks and thinking murder," Young Dolph raps.

The original version of "Piss Codeine" appeared on Philthy Rich's album Real Niggas Back in Style, which was released back in February. You can cop it now on iTunes or stream it via Spotify. But the Bay Area rapper didn't slow down after that LP dropped. Just two weeks ago, Philthy Rich released a new record called SemCity MoneyMan 4.
