Quavo is hoping to see Colin Kaepernick playing in his city soon.

On Monday night (Nov. 18), TMZ cameras caught the Quavo Huncho rapper out in Los Angeles and asked how he felt about Kap's recent workout for NFL scouts in Atlanta. Supporting his hometown team, Quavo revealed he'd love to see Kaepernick sign to the Atlanta Falcons and replace the team's current QB and team captain, Matt Ryan.

"I love Colin! Colin should be on the team," Quavo said, adding "the Atlanta Falcons" when prompted to specify. "We need to get Matt Ryan out of there."

Considering that Matt Ryan is currently locked into a five-year contract valued at $150 million, that exact scenario doesn't seem likely. However, it would be great to see something come out of Kaepernick's workout.

As previously reported, Kaepernick was extended a combine-style workout exhibition for 32 NFL teams on Saturday (Nov. 16). The results have been mixed, as the NFL and Kaepernick could not agree on a few conditions, which resulted in Kap skipping their offer in favor of a workout on his terms at another facility. There have been reports that Jay-Z was upset with Kap over the way that things turned out, but Roc Nation has since released a statement debunking those rumors.

"A source at Roc Nation tells us JAY-Z (@S_C_) hasn’t spoken to any sources," a tweet from Roc Nation's official account read.

J. Cole made it clear that he didn't like how things turned out either, though he sided in favor of Kap.
