During night two of the 2019 OVO Fest, Drake shared some really great news.

While on stage on Monday night (Aug. 5), Drizzy revealed that OVO's PartyNextDoor will finally be releasing new music soon.

"PartyNextDoor—new PND on the way!" Drake told the crowd.

Back in April, Canadian producer Neenyo, who has worked closely with both Drake and PND in the past, said on Twitter that new PND music will arrive. Though he gave no specifics, Neenyo merely promised "it's coming" in response to a tweet from DJ Akademiks, who was asking where the Canadian singer had been and wishing for new music.

PND hasn't released a full project since September 2017's Seven Days EP. Since then, he's only made a small handful of guest appearances—most recently on the Superfly soundtrack alongside Future in June of 2018. His last Instagram post as of press time is from July of 2018, so he's been laying very low for some time now. Hopefully, this means he's really been cooking up some heat!

As for Drake, who hit up Europe for his Assasination Vacation Tour last year, he too has new music on the way. Aside from his recently-released Care Package compilation project, the rapper/singer has confirmed he is in album mode and has made it clear that he is hard at work.

Looks like it's about to be OVO SZN.
