YoungBoy Never Broke Again Has to Spend Two More Months in Jail: Report

YoungBoy Never Broke Again will reportedly have to spend a little more time in jail.

During a hearing on Friday (June 21), a judge reportedly ruled that the Baton Rouge, La. rapper must serve an additional two months behind bars before he is placed on house arrest to serve out the remainder of his probation. News station WAFB 9 reports that Judge Bonnie Jackson made her ruling to put YoungBoy's probation on hold so that the district attorney's office can investigate a social media video allegedly showing the rapper making violent threats on the day of the Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. shooting on May 12. The terms of YoungBoy's 2017 probation for a 2016 drive-by shooting case states that he may not use social media.

YoungBoy, born Kentrell Gaulden, has been in jail since May 17. That's when Judge Jackson ordered him to be detained after he was involved in last month's shooting. YoungBoy has now been sentenced to 90 days in jail, but the 19-year-old rapper has been credited for time served, so he now has two months remaining in his sentence. Once he is released, he will be placed on house arrest for 14 months. While on house arrest, YoungBoy is not allowed to perform and must wear a GPS ankle bracelet.

During the shootout, an innocent bystander named Mohamad Jradi was shot and killed. According to YoungBoy's attorney, James Manasseh, the rapper expressed remorse over the death of an innocent person.
