An arrest warrant has reportedly been issued for the mother of Nipsey Hussle's daughter in the midst of her custody battle with the rapper's sister.

According to a report TMZ published on Monday (May 20), Tanisha Foster, the mother of the late rapper's daughter, Emani Asghedom, missed her May 15 court date for a DUI case she caught in Los Angeles a couple of years ago. At the time, Foster pleaded no contest to one of the charges and was sentenced to three years of probation. After she missed the aforementioned court date, Foster's probation was apparently revoked, and a bench warrant for her arrest was reportedly issued.

This arrest warrant and the DUI case it stems from aren't Foster's first time having issues with the law. Foster apparently has a criminal record dating back to 2006, when she was arrested for resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. Then in 2007, she was busted for vandalism, bothersome phone calls and disturbing the peace. Those charges were eventually dismissed after she completed her probation.

Foster's arrest warrant comes while her custody battle for Emani rages on in the aftermath of Nipsey Hussle's tragic death. On April 30, Nipsey's sister, Samantha Smith, filed for guardianship of Emani because she's convinced the 10-year-old's mother won't be able to care for her properly. Before Nipsey was shot and killed on March 31, Emani lived with her father and Lauren London. Smith claims she helped her brother, Nipsey, with Emani while she was in his care.

As of this report, Foster has not yet been apprehended or turned herself in.
