Snoop Dogg brings the best bars out of anyone including his new best friend, Matthew McConaughey.

The rare dynamic duo pulled up to Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday night (March 27) to talk about their upcoming film, The Beach Bum. Towards the end of their conversation, McConaughey tells a hilarious anecdote about shooting their first scene together. Before their eight-minute take, Snoop switched the actor's prop weed for one of his authentic joints and the results were unforgettable.

"I didn't say another word of English, really, the rest of the night," McConaughey told Kimmel. Then he turned to Snoop and added, "You said I rapped a lot."

Snoop remembered the incident well. "You rapped for 13 hours straight," the rapper said as he cackled with the audience.

As of this report, there's no confirmation whether or not audio files containing McConaughey's impromptu stoner raps actually existed, but it would be intriguing to hear his flows either way. Maybe Snoop can recruit him for his upcoming album dropping this spring.

Earlier this week, Snoop revealed that his follow-up to 2018's Bible of Love is set to drop in May. This will be the Long Beach, Calif. native's 17th album of his eclectic catalog. It also comes months after the former Death Row rapper was finally honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

"New Snoop Dogg record on the way I wanna thank me May. 2019," Snoop wrote in his Instagram caption.
