In a relatively short time, Blueface has become one of the hottest spitters in the rap game. The Los Angeles native is now using that success to make sure he's making the right moves with his money. Recently, he copped a new house and it wasn’t cheap.

On Thursday (March 21), Blueface jumped onto his Instagram account to unveil his new crib to his 3 million followers. In the photo, the 22-year-old rapper is standing in front of his new two-door garage home.

“I’m 22 bought my first house biggest 1 ona blocc million dollar home owner it ain’t cheap to live in California,” he wrote along with a money bag emoji. “[I] couldn’t have done it [without] @wack100.”

For those who don’t know, Wack 100 is Blueface’s manager and the co-founder (along with Birdman) of Cash Money West, the rapper’s label. Since signing with the imprint, the Mid City artist has nabbed his very first top 10 single with "Thotiana." The song has spawned remixes featuring YG, Cardi B, Young M.A, Nicki Minaj and others.

While Blueface has already dropped two official "Thotiana" remixes with YG and Cardi B, the original song's producer, Scum Beatz, told XXL that a sequel to the song is on the way. He made the revelation while speaking on his workflow with Blue, which rarely unfolds in person.

"Me and [Blueface] haven't really sat down and cooked something up together besides the 'Thotiana Part 2' beat," he said, revealing the existence of a "Thotiana" sequel.

The track master said the new version will have the same production as the original — but with a musical flip. "It's gonna be the same beat, different drum pattern," explained Scum. "And I added a couple of other sounds."

There's no official word on when "Thotiana Part 2" will drop.
