ILoveMakonnen is going through some difficult times trying to get his artistry out to the people. The former OVO rapper expressed his frustrations with fans via Twitter on Monday (Feb. 18).

Last month, Mak revealed he and the late Lil Peep have a joint project that will be dropping this year and followed up with a collab with Fall Out Boy. He is apparently still having problems convincing his label to make him a priority.

"I be needing help too," he posted on Twitter. "I need help explaining to my record label why I’m culturally important to music and need full support and clearances to drop 3 projects this year...Because obviously they not listening to me. First one suppose to drop March! The fuck is really good."

The "Tuesday" rhymer ended up requesting the help of the internet to get out of the suppressed state he said he's in. "Can the internet save me please?" he questioned. "I have given so much to so many talents in all forms in the art I need y’all to band together and save me cus artist wise I’m dying. Ilovemakonnen is a classic fucking musical act being jailed."

ILoveMakonnen's last release was iLoveAmerica, which he dropped last year on the Fourth of July. He was also instrumental in putting together the Lil Peep and XXXTentacion collab "Falling Down" in September.
