Diddy and his children are still mourning the loss of Kim Porter, and they've gotten more support than they could've ever imagined. Now, it appears that Diddy has now also gotten support from someone else from his romantic past.

Last Friday (Nov. 16), the Bad Boy Entertainment founder reunited with his ex-girlfriend Cassie after the two split up about a month ago. According to E! News, Diddy and Cassie were spotted in Los Angeles the day after the mother of Quincy Brown, Christian Combs and 11-year-old twin daughters D'Lila Star and Jessie James was found dead in her home at age 47.

"Cassie reached out to Diddy," a source told E! News. The model and singer reportedly reached by "sending him a text message checking up on him and expressing her condolences."

The celebrity news site says Diddy was "pleasantly surprised" to hear from his ex, and "very touched by her thoughtful text."

When he emerged into the public eye for the first time since Porter's untimely death to meet up with Cassie, he wore a hooded sweatshirt which has the words "Do the right thing" emblazoned on his chest and red basketball shorts. Meanwhile, Cassie dressed casually in a large, black sweatshirt and yoga pants.

Their reunion happened before Diddy broke his silence on losing the mother of his children. Yesterday (Nov. 18), the mogul opened up about Kim, who he believed was more than just his soulmate, in a touching post on Instagram.

"For the last three days I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare. But I haven’t," Diddy writes. "I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much. Today I’m going to pay tribute to you, I’m going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship. We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER SHIT!! And I miss you so much. Super Black Love 🖤."

The details about the cause of Kim Porter's death has yet to be confirmed. Our condolences go out to Diddy and his family during this painful time.
