It looks like fans have to scratch off the possibility of hearing a Drake and Migos joint project from their bucket list. Last night (Oct. 22), during a conversation with L.A. Leakers, Quavo confirmed that there is no collaboration in the works.

"I was just fucking with the people," Quavo explained when asked about the collaboration. "We on tour, you know we got bangers, we can make 'em, so."

Two weeks ago, the "Bubblegum" rapper had fans excited about the idea of a joint project during a video segment of an interview with GQ. When asked by a fan if a joint mixtape between Migos and Drake would happen, Quavo's answer left room for excitement.

"You must be psychic," he said during the interview. "If that don't tell you somethin', I don't know what to tell you."

In addition to alluding that there is no joint project on the way, the DJ Takeoff Challenge creator also discussed how busy the group has been on and off the Aubrey & The Three Migos Tour.

"Right now we've been working on our albums," he explained. "We've just been leaving the concert and going straight to the studio. I'm done, I'm glad. That's what Takeoff and Offset doing right now, going straight to the studio and not getting no sleep, waking back up hitting the stage."

Quavo's debut album, Quavo Huncho, which released on Oct. 11, has earned the No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200 chart.
