Joyner Lucas is gearing up to make his next big mark on the hip-hop community. After revealing the follow-up to his 2017 album 508-507-2209 is in the works, a project is called ADHD, the Massachusetts rapper has continued adding to the excitement, confirming to Apple Music's Zane Lowe that he also has another collaboration with Eminem on the way.

Appearing on Beats 1 today (Oct. 17), Lucas reflected on what it was like to work with Eminem on the Kamikaze track, “Lucky You,” going on to confirm that the Detroit rapper will appear on his forthcoming ADHD project.

“Eminem has been someone that I've always considered the greatest ever, to ever do it. You know what I mean?” Lucas begins. “In every aspect, the storytelling abilities, lyrical ability, honesty. You can hear it in my music that I'm heavily influenced by that. To have the opportunity -- let alone be on a record with him -- but also pretty much lead the record, and then lead the video and be in the video. A lot of people who record and made records with Eminem never got a video.”

He then shares more insight into their relationship, explaining they have had “some dope, deep conversations,” before confirming there’s more in store collaboratively speaking.

“Eminem is definitely on ADHD,” Lucas continues. “We have another record coming out and it's more into my ... we're into Joyner Lucas territory, storytelling territory. That's what me and Eminem, we both do best. He created one of the best records ever in life, which was ‘Stan.’ I'm heavily inspired by that record, too.”

Elsewhere throughout the conversation, Lucas talks about why he doesn’t feel like he’s ready to drop an album just yet, explaining he’s still using the resources he has and is working his way up to creating what he hopes one day will be his best body of work.

In addition to chopping it up with the famed radio host, Lucas also premiered his new single, “I Love,” which is slated to appear on ADHD, even dropping an accompanying music video.
