Earlier this year, DJ Khaled and his fiancée Nicole Tuck were struck by tragedy when Tuck's brother, Jonathan Tuck, was shot and killed in the Bronx, N.Y. Nearly nine months later, five men have been indicted for the killing

Yesterday (Oct. 30) Page Six reported that Richard "Showtime" Jimenez, Kevin "Juice" Cruz, Ira "Malachi" Lawson, Curtis "Gz" Hines were indicted for the killing. Those four suspects were arrested this past Tuesday. The fifth suspect, Luis "PopOff" Semiday, is still at large.

Jonathan Tuck was fatally shot in the face while he was buying marijuana inside of a Bronx apartment on Washington Ave, near E. 185 st last February. Tuck was transferred to St. Barbanas Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. It's been reported that Tuck got into a disagreement with the man who shot him, but details of the disagreement aren't known at this time.

Tuck's friend, Brandon Davis, said Khaled's brother was in "the wrong place at the wrong time." Tuck was supposed to meet up with his girlfriend later that night for a Super Bowl party.

As unfortunate as the situation is, Khaled and his fiancée seem to be doing their best to move forward. On Oct. 13, the couple threw a charitable birthday party for their son Asahd Khaled at Miami's Marlins Park. The We the Best Music Group CEO has also announced the Asahd Initiative, which is a new charity named after his son.
