Travis Scott and Post Malone are among the most dominant rap stars of 2018, and with that in mind, it's only right that the two are set to link up in a major way.

Earlier today (Aug. 15), Scott was announced as a headliner for Post Malone's forthcoming Posty Fest, a music festival that will take place in Dallas' Dos Equis Pavilion on Oct. 28. While there aren't too many other details about the festival, the presence of both Posty and La Flame pretty much guarantee it'll be a massive event.

Scott is coming off the release of Astroworld, an album that was certified gold less than a week after it's release. After moving 537,000 equivalent album units in its opening week, the LP landed at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. When you add in the fact that he's executive producing the soundtrack for NBA 2K19, it's hard to find a lot of people doing it bigger than Cactus Jack.

Mirroring that success is Post Malone, whose Beerbongs & Bentleys album went platinum the moment it was released this past April. As if that weren't enough, Post's debut LP, Stoney, recently broke a Billboard chart record once held by Michael Jackson. Needless to say, that's a big, big deal, and Post is doing big things. Salute.

Tickets for the Posty Fest are on sale now.
