Boosted by a viral dance challenge, Drake's song "In My Feelings" has topped the Billboard Hot 100. The track replaces Drizzy's own "Nice For What" at No. 1 on the chart, set to update tomorrow (July 17).

Countless fans, famous and otherwise, have shared videos on social media in recent days featuring themselves dancing to the song with goofy interpretative moves, inspired by a clip posted by Instagram comedian Shiggy.

The so-called #InMyFeelingsChallenge has drawn participation from athletes like Odell Beckham and Russell Wilson, actors like Kevin Hart and Will Smith, and several rappers, including G Herbo, N.O.R.E. and 6ix9ine. Drake himself joined the fun with his own rendition of the dance during a performance at the 2018 Wireless Festival in London.

The song's No. 1 status extends the Toronto rapper's chart dominance following the June 29 release of his album Scorpion. The project remained this week atop the Billboard 200 after an opening week that shattered multiple streaming records.

"In My Feelings" also becomes Drizzy's sixth No. 1 single, passing Diddy, Eminem and Ludacris for the most among rappers. Cardi B's previous chart-topper "I Like It" landed this week at the No. 2 spot.
