The Summertime in the LBC Festival takes place later this summer, and some of hip-hop's royalty is slated to be included in a stacked lineup of performances. The second annual festival enlists a dream-like scenario for old-school hip-hop heads with Long Beach's own Snoop Dogg, along with Ice Cube and The Game as headliners.

It all goes down on Sat., July 7 in Long Beach, Calif. on the historic Queen Mary ship grounds. The LBC welcomes the return of Ja Rule and Ashanti, as the longtime collaborators will once again reunite on stage for their slew of Murda Inc. hits.

As if the lineup of stars isn't good enough for you already, ancillary performers and legends in their own right ready to tear up the stage include The Isley Brothers, Method Man and Redman, E-40 with Too Short, Warren G together with The Dove Shack, DJ Quik, Suga Free, The Dramatics, Evidence, Mack 10, Tha Dogg Pound, The Manhattans and many more will perform throughout the day.

Snoop has kept busy this spring, on the heels of his Bible of Love gospel album, he's starred in a series of videos eloquently narrating the NHL playoffs. Cube dabbles in the sports world as well, with the second season of his Big 3 basketball league gearing up to tip-off next month.

Tickets for the Summertime in the LBC go on sale this Friday, May 11 at 10 am PST over at the festival's official website. General admission tickets start at $85 for the day with VIP available for $150 that includes additional amenities provided with purchase.
