Macklemore and his wife quietly welcomed a baby daughter into the world in March. Why are we just finding out? Because the Gemini rapper spilled the beans during an interview in Dublin, England. The news is finally making it back to the States.

Mack sat in with Spin 1038's Nathan O'Reilly and Nick Karkazis for an interview earlier in April. When asked about what he did for St. Patrick's Day, the Washington rapper slowly broke the news. "I haven't said this publicly," he started. "Queue the air horn. I spent it in the hospital with my brand new daughter who was born right before St. Patrick's Day."

The "Thrift Shop" rapper first broke the news that his wife was pregnant via Instagram video last September. "You guys have been such a huge part of our lives that I wanted to let you in on a little secret," he addressed fans in the clip. "Tricia is pregnant, and today we are going to find out the gender of our child."

He ended up pulling a fast one and announcing a new tour instead. Mack and Tricia's first child was born in 2015.

Ben is gearing up for another tour with Kesha that starts in June. The 30-date jaunt will kick off June 6, 2018, at the Ak-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix, and will criss-cross the country hitting up cities such as Denver, Dallas and Las Vegas, before shutting it down on Aug. 5 at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Ampitheatre in Tampa, Fla.
