Just two months after debuting the record, Kali Uchis hits The Tonight Show stage with Tyler, The Creator and The Roots to perform "After the Storm." The Colombian singer dances to the somber melodic song in a red, smokey setting before she is joined by Tyler.

The two previously delivered their joint track in January, which also features Bootsy Collins of Earth, Wind and Fire, but their recent performance last night (March 15) has The Roots helping out on the instrumental side. Kali's appearance with the Odd Future co-founder comes before the release of her forthcoming Isolation album, which drops on April 6.

Tyler and Uchis have previously teamed up to take The Tonight Show stage together, as she is a feature on the entertainer's "See You Again" record off of his Flower Boy album of last year. They also worked on the song "Perfect" a few years ago from his Cherry Bomb album, along with the music video.

Kali has been making a big rise in the music community after her feature on Daniel Caesar's "Get You" record from last year, which was an instant hit. Since then, she has been working on her solo project, which fans are anticipating more details for over the next couple of weeks before it drops.
