Just a few days after their split was confirmed, details of Logic and his wife Jessica Andrea's breakup have been revealed.

According to the folks at TMZ, Logic (born Sir Robert Bryson Hall II) and Jessica had a prenuptial agreement that entitles her to a payout for an undisclosed amount of money.

Additionally, the celebrity news platform claims that the reason Bobby Tarantino and Jessica split up was because the rapper simply wanted to be single. Their sources report that the two decided to go their separate a short time after they appeared on the red carpet of the 2018 Grammy Awards together.

The success of his hit suicide awareness song, "1-800-273-8255," led to the DMV artist to spend less and less time at home. The gossip site reports that as being the reason Logic made the decision to break things off. Apparently, the rapper was waiting for Jessica at home one day when she arrived and told her he wanted to get a divorce.

Yesterday (March 20), Logic released a statement on the matter of his divorce from Jessica, and he claimed there were no hard feelings.

"It’s very simple: it just didn’t work out," reads the statement. "There is no anger involved. No fighting, no cheating, no nothing. We love each other and will continue to support each other for the rest of our lives."

Toward the very end of the statement, Logic makes it clear he still cares for Jessica, with whom he was married for two years.

"There will be no displays of anger or hatred that tear people apart; the public will not be made to choose sides," he said. "There are no sides, there is just us. Two people who loved each other in marriage and will continue to love each other for the rest of our lives."
