Welcome back! This week is nice and varied as it comes to new rap songs. Remixes, interesting collabs, unique bangers; if you like rap, you'll find something you like in XXL's best songs of the week. It all kicks off with Tee Grizzley and Moneybagg Yo going crazy on "Don't Even Trip" and Kash Doll showing why her name rings bells on "Check."

Detroit's Tee Grizzley and Memphis rapper Moneybagg Yo have been posting videos of them hanging out this week, so linking up for "Don't Even Trip" makes sense. With that said, this song is a banger in every sense of the word. Tee Grizzley starts the song off with his usual intensity, and Yo matches him easily. Moneybagg taunts with lyrics like "Don't even trip/You know where she at/I just want the top/I'll Uber her back."

Keeping it in Detroit, Kash Doll surprise dropped a new mixtape this week, by the name of Brat Mail. On the quick 22-minute project, one of the slickest songs on it is "Check." The creeping beat sounds like like it came from a trapped-out space movie. Kash's cleverness and strong delivery shine through, and the hook may turn this into an anthem among her fan base.

PRhyme 2 hit the streets today, the second collaborative album between Royce 5'9" and DJ Premier. The song is obviously a lyrical showcase backed by Primo's magic, and the song "Respect My Gun" is a perfect example. Also featuring Long Island, N.Y. lyricist Roc Marciano, all three artists are firing on all cylinders. Royce and Roc Marci weave clever handgun references through the song with ease.

Rich Homie's Quan's debut album, Rich as in Spirit, released today, and Quan sounds refreshed. "Long Enough" is one of the tracks from his new work, and it's personal, a tale of journeying from poverty to success. "Came a long way from sharin’ rooms with my brother, yeah/We was on our own ’cause my mama worked a double yeah," Quan shares. He then reveals when he had his first glimpse of the underworld; "Couldn’t afford designer, it was Hilfiger, Tommy, yeah/I was 10, saw my cousin cookin' dope he said, 'Don’t come in here.'"

YoungBoy Never Broke Again's album is still on the way, and for his newest single, he enlists one of rap's biggest stars, Freebandz Gang head honcho Future. Their collab is "Right or Wrong," where YoungBoy explains the ups and downs of being loyal to your people. On Future's verse, he covers all of the luxury he's become used to, without forgetting to be thankful for it all.

XXXTentacion and Joey Bada$$ are quickly becoming a duo to watch. Their recent "Kings Dead" freestyle was raw, but their latest song on X's new album, ?, is even better. "Infinity (888)" has a horn and drum-driven beat that harkens back to 1990's rap in a big way. Joey and X just snap on the track, and it seems like the two inspire each other to go harder.
