Hip-hop and fashion go hand in hand, so it was no surprise that rap had a big presence on the runways during New York Fashion Week 2018. Vic Mensa, .idk. and King Combs all walked the runway sporting new fashion

Mensa and .idk. both hit the runway to show off Pyer Moss' new collaboration with Reebok. "Incredibly honored to be a part of this moment," Mensa wrote on Instagram. "We’ve been kept out of so many industries that it makes it that much more impactful when we reach those levels, u feel me?" he added.

As for King Combs, he walked the runway for Philipp Plein and was joined by model Jerrika Karlae. "Walk it like I talk it," Combs wrote on Instagram, uploading a clip of himself.

Having already walked the runway, Mensa now has his sights set on another gig. In December, The Autobiography rapper said he wanted to play Prince in a potential movie. "I think I should play Prince in the biopic," he told Montreality.

"Prince is one of my biggest idols of all time and he's the real King of Pop," Mensa added. "Some people will be mad that I said that. The reason why I'd be able to kill the role as Prince is because I got that mouthpiece. Prince was butter smooth with it and I feel like I could do it."

In related news, .idk. will be hitting the road later this month as a guest on A$AP Ferg's Mad Man Tour. Kicking off on Feb. 28 in Philadelphia, the trek will run through April 14 when it wraps up in New York City at Terminal 5.
