Trippie Redd and 6ix9ine Trade Shots on Instagram

Trippie Redd and 6ix9ine have had their differences in the past but it appears their feud has now spilled over onto social media.

The artists recently went back and forth on Instagram taking shots at each other. It seems the latest feud began with Trippie commenting, "Lol only blood ik that gotta tap in wit krips to be safe."

The comment got a reply from 6ix9ine, who alleged that Trippie Redd had to call for protection when he was attacked in New York. "@trippieredd when you got punched in ya face in New York YOU CALLED THE CRIPS Big U to protect you," 6ix9ine wrote. "Put that on your mom Ms. Tonya that ain't a fact Micheal."

But according to Trippie, it was actually 6ix9ine's crew who put the call in and also called Wack 100. "@6ix9ine_ nigga ur homies were calling big u and wack 100 and then they called me to see wtf was going down u hoe ass niggas pay the hood for protection."

6ix9ine also brought up Trippie's relationship with XXXTentacion and claims their friendship ended after the "Dark Knight Dummo" rapper tried to "clout suck" Drake by working with the Toronto artist.

"@trippieredd you lie so much that's why ur career going down u know that ain't true," the "Gummo" rapper wrote. "That's why you dubbed YOUR BESTFRIEND xxxtentacion To clout suck DRAKE and still took you off the song LMAO."

Trippie was reportedly supposed to be featured on Drizzy's "God's Plan" but when the song and video released, the Ohio-native was nowhere to be found. Although Trippie missed an opportunity to be on the song, the rapper said he will have the chance to work with Drake again.

6ix9ine and Trippie Redd previously collaborated on the song "Poles1469" but after news of 6ix9ine's sexual misconduct case arose, Trippie distanced himself from the rapper and in a now-deleted Instagram video said his crew doesn't promote pedophiles.
