The official lineup for the 2018 Roots Picnic is here, and tons of our favorite artists will be hitting the major festival stage. Not only will The Roots be involved in the performance roster, but fans can also look forward to seeing some veteran and rising rap names.

The Diplomats will reunite once again for the Picnic stage, along with Lil Uzi Vert, 2 Chainz, 6lack, Rapsody, Rich The Kid and his artist Jay Critch, DJ Drama and special guests, Goldlink, Tierra Whack, Bri Steves and Black Thought, who will be doing a live mixtape with J. Period featuring Fabolous and Jadakiss. The main act of the festival will feature a jam session with The Roots hosted by Dave Chappelle. Questlove promises that the finale session will also feature "mad mad mad surprise guests" that have yet to be unveiled.

There will also be a special podcast stage, which will feature live recordings done by N.O.R.E.'s Drink Champs show, It's the Real, On One with Angela Rye, Questlove Supreme and The Realest Podcast Ever.

The 2018 Roots Picnic takes place on Sat., June 2 at Festival Pier in Philadelphia, Pa. and is presented by Live Nation. Tickets will go on sale this Fri., Feb. 16, which includes general admission, VIP passes and more.
