Travis Scott is a clear superstar at this point in his career, but he isn't satisfied. In a new interview with Billboard, he reveals that he feels his albums haven't gotten their just due, even with how high is profile has risen.

“I worked so hard on Rodeo and Birds," Travis expressed. "It might not have been recognized by the masses, but my fans always went hard. This year I’m on a mission to be heard.” Both albums did well commercially, debuting at No. 3 and No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, respectively. He wants more than album sales; Scott is seeking critical acclaim.

He even admits that he was "disappointed" that Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight wasn't even considered for a Grammy last year. "Maybe nobody played them the album, I don't know," he said. Yet he doesn't seem bitter; he blames his own humility. “Maybe I don’t speak loud enough. One day, hopefully, people might finally catch on. I just want the music to speak for itself.”

He also shares some more new information about what lies ahead for him this year. He's going to headline his own arena tour, likely to support his forthcoming album, Astroworld. Travis is also planning to "go crazy" until Nov. 28, a date he insists doesn't mean anything. Keep an eye out.

All of the good things on the way for Travis are in addition to his successful collaboration with Quavo, Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho and his headlining set at New York City's Governors Ball. You can't count out LaFlame.
