Days after teasing updates to their Merry Christmas Lil' Mama project, Chance The Rapper and Jeremih played the revamped version of last year's Christmas tape, which includes new songs, on Chicago's Power 92.3. While the new version of the tape hasn't surfaced online yet, "Ms. Parker," which is one of the new cuts added to the project, can be streamed now.

On Monday (Dec. 18), a radio rip of the track popped up online and it sounds pretty good. The new track features an easy going instrumental, Jeremih's unfailingly smooth vocals and some flirtatious lyrics from Chance, who's trying to get with Ms. Parker.

"Hey Ms. Parker (Hello)/Can I shovel your snow? (Can I shovel your snow?)/Let me help you with the groceries (igh igh)/Walk you to the door (Walk you to the door)/Hey there neighbor! (Hey! hey! hey!)/Can I take out the trash? (Can I take out the trash?)/Where Is your husband? (I know)/When he get back? (When he get back?)," Chance spits, who recently took on the role of weatherman on a local Chicago news station.

There's no word on when, exactly, we can expect the new version of Merry Christmas Lil' Mama to drop, though Chance did say it would be coming this week. Now we just have to play the waiting game.
