While fans are still a bit in the dark regarding Eminem's anticipated forthcoming album, the Detroit rapper is giving them something new to be excited about. The Shady Records head is rolling out his new "Stan" merchandise, which coincides with his famous 2000 hit song of the same title.

Eminem posts a preview of the collection on Instagram, displaying a photo of a dirty sink that has a "Stan" hat on top of it, as well as a person wearing yellow latex gloves while holding hydrogen peroxide. The veteran MC unleashes the "Limited Edition Embroidered Stan" merchandise on his official website, with fans getting early access by entering their email.

"Stan [n]: An overzealous or obsessive fan of a particular celebrity" - Oxford Dictionary," he writes in the photo caption. "Link In Bio to sign up for first details on our new collection."

It's not surprising that the hip-hop superstar is creating a line based around the phrase, considering he helped get "stan" added to the Oxford Dictionary earlier this year. Slim Shady was cited as the "likely originator."

"Early 21st century: probably with allusion to the 2000 song 'Stan' by the American rapper Eminem, about an obsessed fan," reads the dictionary.
