2017 American Music Awards Winners List

The 2017 American Music Awards pop off tonight (Nov. 19) in Los Angeles and it looks to be another big outing for hip-hop.

Drake, Kendrick Lamar and The Weeknd are some of the superstar names who are hoping to win big as all three artists are up for five awards a piece. Other rappers nominated for awards include Rae Sremmurd and Post Malone for New Artist of the Year, Migos for Favorite Artist (Rap/Hip-Hop) and Childish Gambino for Favorite Artist (Soul/R&B).

Last year, Drizzy led all nominations with 13, breaking a record previously held by Michael Jackson. He ended up scooping up four trophies by the end of the night. This year might belong to K. Dot off the strength of his latest album, Damn.

The 2017 AMAs go down at the Microsoft Theater. The event will air live on ABC at 8 p.m. EST.
