It's hard out here for most aspiring rappers who want to make a career out of their music, but it looks like Stormzy wants to help one in particular.

A Twitter user revealed that he told a hefty lie to his mother about having a song with the popular grime rapper in order for her to take his career seriously. The fan eventually got the attention of Stormzy himself, and the response was better than what anyone would have expected.

"Told my mum I got a tune with Stormzy on the way," the fan originally tweeted. "Lord forgive the lie, I just needed her to take my rap career seriously."

Following the tweet going viral, Stormzy came across it, responding with a laugh and an offer to help him out if he sends him some music through a direct message.

"Lool you know what fuck it send me suem gonna dm ya," Stormzy responded in his response to the tweet.

We're not sure what came from the exchange, or if Stormzy is still working on lacing the aspiring artist's music with a verse, but hopefully we'll all find out soon. The Gang Signs & Prayer seems to be good at keeping his word and catering to the wants and needs of his strong fan base.
