Nelly's accuser is reportedly telling her side of the story.

As previously reported, the St. Louis rapper was arrested but not charged on accusations of rape in Auburn, Wash., on Saturday (Oct. 7). The arrest stemmed from claims made by a Washington woman who alleged that Nelly raped her on his tour bus. The rapper is currently on the road with Florida Georgia Line.

Now more details from the woman's story are starting to emerge. TMZ is reporting that the woman, a 21-year-old Seattle native, claims she drank with Nelly at a Washington night club before being invited to an after-party. Instead, she says they went to the rapper's tour bus, where he tried have sex with her. She declined, but according to the report, Nelly told her to "shut up" and proceeded to have unprotected sex with the woman. She claims the night ended afterward when she was kicked off the bus and tossed $100.

Nelly and his team are working to fight the claims. "It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized," Nelly's lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, tells TMZ. "That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety."

Rosenblum says his team "will be able to show by objective evidence and unbiased witnesses that she has zero credibility."

Nelly has denied any wrongdoing in the matter. He recently took to Twitter to state his case. “Let me say that I am beyond shocked that I have been targeted with this false allegation,” he wrote. “I am completely innocent. I am confident that once the facts are looked at , it will be very clear that I am the victim of a false allegation…I do want to apologize to my loved ones for the embarrassment and for putting myself in a situation where I could be victimized by this false and defaming allegation,” he added.
