The mass shooting that took place in Las Vegas at the Route 91 Harvest Festival, which left at least 50 people dead, is still weighing heavily on everyone's hearts and minds, including hip-hop stars. Chuck D ran into TMZ, where he gave a response to the tragedy, calling out the NRA and accusing Trump's administration of blindly backing them.

The Public Enemy member name-drops the National Rifle Association of America as a "terrorist organization," and blames the administration for backing them without using the word "terrorist," even during the time of travesty.

"The NRA is a terrorist organization, man," Chuck explains. "And the administration backs the terrorist organization and never uses the word. And now their fear is that a 21 year old is now cognizant of the NRA, where before, it wasn't in their narrative. Now, you got other people who are waking up, who are woke at 18 and 19 and say, 'This is some bullshit.'"

If you recall, the Las Vegas shooting is now the considered the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history. 64-year-old Las Vegas resident Stephen Paddock opened fire into an unsuspecting crowd at the festival on the Vegas strip from the 32nd floor of Mandalay Bay Hotel. Paddock was later found dead by authorities in his hotel room.
