Last October, Florida rapper XXXTentacion was arrested and charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment and witness-tampering. On Friday (Sept. 8), Pitchfork revealed excerpts of a 142-page testimony from the alleged victim, X’s ex-girlfriend, taken this past January, which provided a chronological summary of XXXTentacion's alleged transgressions.

After initially meeting and talking online, the alleged victim met up with XXXTentacion, born Jahseh Onfroy, and went to one of his shows in late May 2016, where she claims he grabbed her by the neck before hugging her and inviting her to a house party. Later at the party, X suggested she could live with him. She agreed and moved in the following day. The ex-girlfriend claims it was two weeks later that the abuse started.

In the interview, the woman claims XXXTentacion slapped her after she complimented a male friend on his jewelry. She also says he brought a barbecue pitchfork and a barbecue cleaner into the room they were in, asking her to choose which one she wanted inserted in her vagina. She chose the fork, and from there, the rapper allegedly began dragging the fork across her inner thigh. The woman eventually passed out, and XXXTentacion did not penetrate her with the tool.

During the testimony, the alleged victim was asked to “pinpoint the days he threatened to kill you,” to which she responded, “Well, when we lived in Orlando, it was literally like every day.”

The couple moved to Orlando around July 2016, and during their stay there, XXXTentacion apparently got upset one day in the car when she hummed along to the verse of an artist featured on one of his songs. They were on their way to a show, and when they got home after the concert, she claims he took her to the bathroom and says the rapper "was asking me why I was singing his friend’s part of the song, if I like him, why do I like him, like do I ever look at his Twitter?"

She then says he head-butted, punched and stomped on her before putting her into the bathtub, threatening to, "cut out my tongue because I was singing the song." She tried running down the street, but said X tackled her, and as a result of the attack, suffered two black eyes, a lump on the back of her head, scratch marks, and bruises. The woman also says XXXTentacion repeatedly hit her with clothing hangers and held her head under running water.

The following month, XXXTentacion was locked up for unrelated charges, and during that time, the alleged victim had sex with another man. When XXXTentacion got out in September 2016, he moved back in with the woman and allegedly told her he'd found out she'd slept with another man, held a knife to her throat and strangled her. She also claims he picked up a glass bottle and told her to tell the truth or, “I’m going to fuck you up.”

Roughly a week later, XXXTentacion, who was the 2017 XXL Freshman 10th Spot winner after getting the most votes from the public of any of the nominees this past April, and his girlfriend relocated to a new apartment in Sweetwater, Fla. In her testimony, the woman says one night the rapper forced her on the bed and strangled her. “I’m, like, scared,” she told in the testimony, recalling the moment she was attacked. “It’s, like, he’s going to, like, end up killing me or something.”

In early October 2016, the alleged victim found out she was pregnant and said in her testimony that she and X planned the pregnancy.

On Oct. 6, the woman claims the rapper went on a balcony to call the man she slept with while he was incarcerated and asked to know everything that happened between them. Once he was done with the phone call, XXXTentacion reportedly returned to the room she was in to confront her. “You need to tell me the truth right now or I’ll kill you and this jit," XXXTentacion allegedly said to the woman, referring to their unborn child.

After threatening her, he reportedly punched her in the eye, causing it to bleed and swell closed, head-butted, elbowed and strangled her.

She says X then refused to let her to go the hospital for medical help and that she couldn't leave the apartment until her face had healed so that no one would see her and call the police. He allegedly ordered her to wear a hoodie and gave her dark glasses then took her to another apartment North Miami Beach she'd never be to before, confiscated her phone and locked her in a bedroom.

For the next two days, the accuser claims she didn’t leave the room as she was locked inside and there were bars on the window. On Oct. 8, 2016, XXXTentacion was allegedly playing video games when she hid behind the fridge door and made her escape to a Miami Beach police station.

Pitchfork says in addition to this testimony, they also have previously unreported depositions from the woman's ex-boyfriend, who helped her get to the Miami Beach police, the accuser's mother and Sgt. Amel Soto, who is the Miami Beach police officer that first questioned XXXTentacion's alleged victim. Pitchfork reports the woman's mother’s ex-boyfriend backed up the woman's testimony and testified that her eyes had been rendered, “black and blue, purple, every color under the rainbow" from the rapper's alleged beating.

In a recorded phone call that appeared in a YouTube video in October of last year, the rapper also said he had evidence that she was not pregnant.

Earlier this year in February, during an interview with XXL while he was locked up, XXXTentacion denied the charges against his ex-girlfriend, saying she had lied about her injuries and claiming she was "lying and scamming."

XXXTentacion seemed to respond to the newly revealed testimony in an Instagram story on Thursday night: "I am not what they make me out to be, you were informed, do not be blind."

His trial is set to begin Oct. 5.
