It was only a matter of time before Cardi B would get a chance to collaborate with other hip-hop artists, and now, Remy Ma has revealed the two may have something in the works.

During a recent VH1 Facebook Live event, the "All the Way Up" rapper said the two have spoken about working together. "We actually were talking about it last night," Remy said. "She like literally grabbed me, she was like, 'We need to do a song together.' I was like, 'OK.' She's like, 'I'm not playin.'"

While she may be looking to work with Cardi B, don't expect Remy to team up with Nicki Minaj anytime soon. Presenting at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards in August, Remy took a page out of Nicki's book, telling the artist, "Nicki, what's good?" The quote comes from the 2015 MTV VMAs when Minaj clapped back at Miley Cyrus after the singer criticized the way Nicki handled her snub for Video of the Year.

As for Cardi B, her hit single "Bodak Yellow" currently sits in the No. 3 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was recently certified gold. Up next for the Bronx rapper is the release of her debut album. While performing at the Made in America festival in Philadelphia on Sept. 2, Cardi reminded the crowd that her project would be coming out soon. "Let me remind y'all I'm dropping my album [in] October, bye," she said before exiting the stage.
